Skilled-labor shortage threatens Danish infrastructure project

A 10-year, 340 billion kroner development in which state and local governments in Copenhagen, Denmark, have invested could be affected by a lack of skilled laborers to complete construction. The project, which includes building infrastructure such as a tunnel to Germany and a city metro line, is expected to create about 40,000 jobs.
