Wal-Mart struggles to stay fresh in the produce section

Wal-Mart Stores has fewer employees than it did before the recession hit, and managers report complaints from customers that produce and other food sections aren't staying stocked with fresh selections. The retailer, however, says stores are adequately staffed, and it's implementing inventory and sign systems to help workers determine which items are fresh.
