Pilot project leads to online wellness guide for companies

The results of a three-year wellness project involving 15 Kansas City employers is the basis for a free online guide that companies can use to develop benefits strategies that improve worker health and tackle rising health costs. The American Health Strategy Project Employer Guide includes tools and case studies on how the companies created incentives to healthy behaviors, increased the use of preventive care and initiated programs that improve employee wellness.
