Warm weather sparks lawn mower repairs in Carroll County, Md.

The arrival of the spring season has led residents of Carroll County, Md., to have their lawn equipment serviced, leading to an uptick in the business of several repair shops in the area. "Once the weather starts to break and the snow is off the ground, we start to pick up in business," said Mike Prushinski, a mechanic at Eldersburg Lawn Mower Repair. Local mechanics say that aside from doing regular mower maintenance, they must also cope with stink bugs and rodents inside the machines, and address carburetor issues caused by ethanol fuel.
