The future of the Air Force Reserve is discussed at conference

How the Air Force Reserve will be affected by proposed cuts to the Pentagon's budget was discussed at a two-day conference at the National Harbor development in Maryland. Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner Jr., chief of the Air Force Reserve and commander of the Air Force Reserve Command, said at the conference that the Air Force's reserve components are "solid." He added, "We are the most efficient we can be, and we execute the mission with a force which is ready."
