Survey: Half of France's online shoppers cite delivery problems

Online shopping has caught on in France, but consumers say they've experienced a variety of delivery problems, including delays and out-of-stocks that led to canceled orders, according to a survey by the Institut français d’opinion publique. Additionally, 55% said high delivery costs were a deterrent to online shopping.
