Autism Speaks, AT&T plan "hackathon" for autism apps

AT&T and Autism Speaks will hold an event next week to create applications for people with autism that use AT&T's mobile health platform and ideas crowdsourced from Autism Speaks' Facebook page. The apps will be organized into four categories: adult, school age, nonverbal and verbal. AT&T will give a total of $20,000 to the four teams with the best apps.
