Black tea might be beneficial for blood pressure, scientists say

Drinking black tea might reduce the rate of blood pressure variation, which can be an early symptom of stroke or heart disease, Australian researchers say. The scientists studied 111 adults and found that drinking three cups daily altered blood pressure variation by 10%.
