Delhi, India, airport hotels are stalled over security issues

The opening of the Lemon Tree Premier hotel at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, India, has been delayed because officials are worried about its proximity to an active runway. The hotel is one of 12 that have been built or will be built around the airport; developers say no one objected to the construction during its planning stages.
