Ex-trader says he concealed $8.3B Goldman position

Matthew Taylor, a former trader with Goldman Sachs Group, said in a hearing before U.S. District Judge William Pauley that in 2007, he concealed an $8.3 billion trading position by making false entries in a manual trading system. His actions cost the bank $118 million. Taylor pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud.
