Funding round brings in $9.2M for organ-on-a-chip maker

Biotech startup Hurel secured $9.2 million in a Series A funding round led by Spring Mountain Capital. The firm will use part of the proceeds to commercialize its lead product, known as organ-on-a-chip or human-on-a-chip, "that replicates the human liver, using living cells," this article says.
