A hotel lost-and-found bin on the Web

New website Chargerback.com is offering hotels a streamlined method of resolving lost-and-found cases at their properties. The service, being used by more than 30 hotels in the U.S., fills a gap in hotels' customer-service offerings, CEO Ranson Webster says. "Hotels are really interested in getting an item back to the rightful owner. That's part of building brand loyalty," Webster said.
