Companies should capture candidates' contact information at the beginning of the online-application process by asking them to fill out a simple opt-in form, Christopher Brablc writes. This information can then be used to remind candidates to finish filling out their applications. "The goal should be to get them into our systems, capture information on them and to evaluate their potential fit for the organization before dismissing them," Brablc writes.
