Kids gain more control over breakfast menu, NPD says

U.S. children are eating more meals at home than they did a decade ago, and 31% are influencing choices for breakfast, according to NPD Group. A scant 3% get to choose when it comes to dinner, the study found, and teens influence choices for all meals at twice the rate of younger children.
