Mo. House panel agrees to partial Medicaid expansion

The Missouri House Government Oversight and Accountability Committee voted 7-2 in favor of a measure to reform and expand the state's Medicaid program. However, the plan expands eligibility only to the federal poverty level and would not qualify for full federal funding under the Affordable Care Act.
