N.H. city council will examine budget on "Super Saturday"

The Portsmouth, N.H., City Council has scheduled a "Super Saturday" workshop for members to look at police, fire, school and government spending for fiscal 2014. A $93.2 million proposed budget is almost 3% higher than the budget for this fiscal year and includes a $135 tax increase for properties assessed at $300,000.
