CareFusion plans to buy Medegen for $225 million

CareFusion agreed to pay $225 million to acquire Medegen, a maker of intravenous drug-delivery systems and needle-free access valves. CareFusion said the acquisition, which is expected to conclude by the end of June, is in line with its objective to purchase firms and technology that will boost its divisions including infusion and respiratory.
