Docs embrace technology but still value face time

A survey of 5,490 specialists and primary care doctors found that 64% have a smartphone and 27% have tablet computers, but most -- 79% of primary care docs and 74% of specialists -- prefer face-to-face interactions with sales representatives. Half of the specialists surveyed and 61% of the primary care physicians will see sales reps without an appointment.
