FDA debuts a Web page on food recalls

The FDA introduced a Web page that allows public access to information on food recalls dating back to 2009. "We must do everything possible to make it easier for people to know about these recalls so they can take all appropriate steps to protect themselves and their families," said Mike Taylor, the agency's deputy commissioner for foods.
