$215K roof replacement project begins at N.Y. library

A project that will replace the 1966 roof at the Lee-Whedon Memorial Library in Medina, N.Y., has begun. The facility's existing roof will be replaced with a four-ply, built-up roof, which includes a new vapor barrier, tapered insulation and a half-inch fiber board to boost the insulation of the building. The project carries a price tag of $215,000.
