Artisanal beverages were on the menu at restaurant show

New artisanal beverages with healthy additions such as ginger, spices and organic ingredients were introduced last month at the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York. Many of the offerings, including those from Dandy Lion Tea, Bruce Cost Ginger Ale and Spindrift Soda, have been embraced by retailers and are now making inroads into the restaurant market.
