BofA introducing ATMs with tellers on video

Bank of America plans to roll out the new ATMs in Boston and Atlanta this month. They will include a video screen through which customers can speak with Florida- and Delaware-based bank tellers during extended hours. BofA is not the first to use the machines, which are made by NCR -- banks in 20 states have installed them, including one in Indiana that has 50 in operation.
