Cecilia Chiang talks Chinese food movement in U.S.

Cecilia Chiang revolutionized Chinese dining in America when she opened a San Francisco eatery on a whim in the 1960s. Frustrated by Americanized versions of her homeland's food, Chiang served homemade, traditional dishes such as Peking duck and hot-and-sour soup that now appear on Chinese menus nationwide.
