Cincinnati ordinance bars funding for discriminatory parades

Parades in Cincinnati supported by municipal funds will be required to follow the citiy's anti-discrimination policies under an ordinance championed by openly gay Councilman Chris Seelbach. The legislation follows a St. Patrick’s Day parade in which organizers refused to allow an LGBT group to participate.
