Deadly bird flu outbreak hits China; experts discuss possible vaccine

Six people in China have died from the H7N9 strain of the bird flu virus, with 14 cases overall reported. The virus hasn't spread from human-to-human contact yet, which could mean an intense worldwide effort for a vaccine isn't needed, Ben Hirschler and Kate Kelland write.
