Inhaler app developer to use funds to launch new products

Asthmapolis, a Madison, Wis.-based developer of an inhaler sensor and application for patients with respiratory illnesses such as cystic fibrosis and asthma, has successfully raised $5 million from a recent funding round led by venture fund The Social+Capital Partnership. The investment will be used to introduce new sensors that suit various kinds of inhaled medications, as well to make sure the product is available to people at all socioeconomic levels.
