Powerful spices transform dishes

Sercarz's La Boîte sells small tins of spice mixtures sourced from around the world that can completely transform the flavors of foods, such as turning a bitter, hoppy beer into a gingerbread milkshake, or making a slice of salmon resemble a bite of pork belly.
