Probe: Faulty roof contributes to leaks at N.J. school

A suspected faulty roofing system has contributed to leaks at Carlstadt Public School in New Jersey, according to a report on the structural condition of the school in 2012. The report found that the roof didn't drain water properly because the insulation boards were "ridging up at [the] edges." The Carlstadt Board of Education could pursue litigation against the building's architect and contractor for the condition of the facility.
