Survey: Health costs are No. 1 reason for wellness program

A Buck Consultants employer survey showed reducing health care or insurance costs was the top reason for having a wellness program, followed by improving worker productivity. Survey responses showed 64% of companies nationwide had at least a partial wellness strategy in place.
