Where are the greatest opportunities in wellness?

A Buck Consultants employer survey showed reducing health care or insurance costs was the top reason for having a wellness program, followed by improving worker productivity. Survey responses showed 64% of companies nationwide had at least a partial wellness strategy in place. The percentage of employers with a wellness strategy was lower in the Southeast, where 58% of companies were engaged. "Cycle to work" programs represent the fastest-growing wellness strategy in the region.
