Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates explains the hardware and software he uses to manage information on a day-to-day basis. "Paper is no longer a big part of my day. I get 90% of my news online, and when I go to a meeting and want to jot things down, I bring my Tablet PC," Gates writes. Gates said he also employs filtering software to limit his e-mails to about 100 per day.
