Federal push to increase small-business exports sees results

More small businesses are opening up shop overseas as the Commerce Department and other federal agencies continue to push exporting for small firms. "So much of what America makes is in great demand," said Commerce Secretary Gary Locke. Small and midsize companies' "growth potential is outside the U.S."
