Idaho lawmakers fail to extend tax incentives for renewable energy

Idaho state Rep. George Eskridge expressed disappointment over the close of a state's legislative session where senators voted down a compromise that would have extended renewable-energy tax incentives for developers. The bill would have extended such incentives beyond their June 30 expiration. "I think it's a disappointing message to those that are looking at developing renewable resources in Idaho," Eskridge said.
