St. Teresa Medical prepares to commercialize FASTCLOT bandage

St. Teresa Medical has begun efforts to raise $2 million for the commercialization of its blood-clotting bandage called FASTCLOT, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The company is working toward a 510(k) submission for the product, which it hopes to introduce in trauma and surgical markets for both military and civilian use.
