Study finds benefits of high-intensity and moderate workouts

A small study comparing moderate exercise with high-intensity workouts found children in both groups gained cardiovascular benefits, such as in aerobic fitness and body mass index, researchers reported in the American Journal of Human Biology. The researchers said the moderate-intensity group burned more calories but also worked out longer than the high-intensity group.
