Washington state port thrives as it builds more rail access

The Port of Vancouver in Washington state is thriving as it works to expand its rail system. In his "State of the Port" speech this week, Executive Director Larry Paulson said the West Vancouver Freight Access project is expected to be finished in 2017. The $150 million project will add 27 miles of rail to increase cargo capacity at the port.
