Free school meals bill gets support in W.Va.

As lawmakers in West Virginia consider legislation that would provide all students with free breakfasts and lunches at school, some educators and parents say they back the measure. Supporters say the bill -- which also calls for a private-public partnership to fund the meals -- would help students learn and also bring relief to families who may struggle to provide enough food for their children.
