Retailer Lolly Wolly Doodle, which sells children's clothing over the Internet, generates significant sales through its Facebook page. The social network "tells us what's going to sell, what's not going to sell. We're able to stock our website because of it," said Brandi Temple, the company's founder and CEO. The company uses its website and Facebook to sell up to 40,000 items each month.
