KFC adds boneless fried chicken to the menu

KFC will add a boneless fried chicken option to the menu this month, in a nod to the growing popularity of nuggets, chicken strips and other alternatives to the drumstick, thigh and breast. The new boneless pieces, which took about two years to develop, will also replace the filets currently used in the chain's chicken sandwiches, said spokesman Rick Maynard.
