Woman jailed after being accused of forging veterinary prescriptions

A Florida veterinary hospital employee allegedly stole prescription pads, used them to forge prescriptions with her dead pet dog as the patient and obtained 240 hydrocodone and acetaminophen pills, authorities report. When confronted by police, the 41-year-old woman said she needed the pills for her back pain, according to documents.
