$130M mixed-use project in the works in New Jersey

Work is under way to demolish two office buildings in East Orange, N.J., to make way for a $130 million mixed-use project. The Evergreen Crossing project is due to include 300,000 square feet of commercial space, 200,000 square feet of retail space, condos, a hotel and a parking garage.
