Restaurant tests Texans' love for meat

In the heart of Tex-Mex and steaks, the British owners of Feast are testing America's meat appetite with lamb tongues, calf hearts and severed fish heads. To mark their first anniversary, the trio of Houston proprietors even got identical pig tattoos to match the restaurant's logo.
