CDC survey aims to track the nation's health

The CDC is surveying 7,000 people in 15 counties nationwide as part of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey to gather data on all aspects of health, including diabetes, hypertension, diet and nutrition. "We're really trying to get really solid information on what people are eating in the United States," one official said.
