White House officials say reform bill is gathering momentum

Senior White House officials said prospects are improving for Congress to approve legislation to overhaul the financial-regulatory system. "I think this is picking up momentum," said Neal Wolin, deputy secretary of the Treasury Department. "There's a clear understanding of the importance of enacting legislation sooner rather than later."
