Global growth is expected for whole-grain and high-fiber food

Global Industry Analysts predicted in a report that the worldwide market for food that has whole grains and is high in fiber will expand to $27.6 billion by 2017. "Whole grains emerged as the focus area for food manufacturing companies, with food and beverage companies having adopted whole grains as a major strategy for revitalizing their products and brands," the report says.
