Two American chefs are heading to Slovenia this week where they will cook with locals and show that American dining is much more than cheap, quick food as part of a U.S. Embassy program designed to bring countries together over shared meals. "In these exchanges, as much as it’s a learning experience for the people they’re going to meet, they’re going to be bringing back a lot of experiences," says Susan Pittman, a State Department spokeswoman. "It is a true exchange."
