Anadarko Texas well suffers blowout, kills 2 workers

Two workers were killed and three were injured after one of Anadarko Petroleum's wells in West Texas blew out. The incident occurred on a maintenance rig on a completed well in Ward County. "[The Occupational Health and Safety Administration] is investigating to try to determine the cause of it and we are fully cooperating with that investigation," said John Christiansen, a spokesman for Anadarko.
