A company called Wellframe is offering a mobile application designed to help patients recover and reduce their risk for relapse after suffering heart attacks. The program, which is designed to be used in conjunction with in-person care, can adjust itself to fit patients' needs. "It's like GPS," said Jacob Sattelmair, the company's CEO. "It recalibrates to give you the next set of directions." Instead of targeting patients, the company is selling its products to health care providers.
