Ariz. city eyes crackdown on massage and escort facilities

Officials in Scottsdale, Ariz., are drafting a revised ordinance to rein in illegal activity facilitated by massage parlors and escort services, including prostitution, violent crime and drug use. The measure, which would protect legitimate patrons and the integrity of businesses, is a result of collaboration between the city attorney's office and the Police Department.
