Complaint database leaves out small banks

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's expanded public database of complaints against large banks creates an uneven playing field in the industry, some say, because only banks with $10 billion or more in assets are included. That leaves out many small banks. The CBA "continues to support a level playing field across all providers of financial products," said Richard Hunt, president and CEO.
